Who we are

We deliver more than manpower—we deliver technical expertise, precision, and reliable partnership

Novaris Energy was founded in India in 2023 and is now headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. From that base we mobilize qualified technical professionals to shipyards, dry docks, fabrication yards and oil and gas sites across the world.

We are not a CV database. Every professional we put forward is screened by our own QC engineers, and their certificates are checked with the issuing body before a single document reaches your inbox. If a candidate would not pass on one of our own projects, they do not go on your shortlist.

That standard is what our clients actually buy: fewer re-inspections, fewer surprises at survey, and a team that arrives on site ready to work.
